When attending Physical Education classes, it is important that students are dressed appropriately for safe participation in class activities.

Appropriate attire includes:

 

• SAMOHI/Middle School PE T-shirt or sweatshirt

·Blue SAMOHI/Middle School shorts or sweatpants

 

·Athletic Shoes​

 

*Samohi PE uniforms are available in the Vikes Inn

Denim shorts and pants are not appropriate for physical activity.  Sandals/flip flops/boots are not appropriate footwear for safe participation.  Unprepared students cannot participate in class activities, and therefore their participation grade will be affected.
